“Dude Perfect: Impossible Wall” Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) begins on June 27, 2026 and ends on July 15, 2026 (“Promotion Period”).

The Promotion is open only to legal residents of one of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States or the District of Columbia(the “Entrant”). There is no age limit to participate; however, a parent or legal guardian must register and provide permission for an Entrant that is seventeen (17) years of age or younger to participate. Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor and each of its subsidiaries and affiliates, distributors, vendors, advertising/promotion agencies, and any others engaged in the development, production, execution or distribution of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, National Sweepstakes Company, LLC (the “Independent Administrator”), and the entities supplying the prizes (collectively referred to herein as “Promotion Entities”) as well as their immediate family members (spouses, siblings, children and parents, regardless of where they live) ormembers of the same households (whether related or not) of such employees, officers and directors are not eligible to participate. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Promotion is void outside of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States, the District of Columbia and wherever else prohibited or restricted by law. By entering the Promotion, Entrant indicates their full and unconditional agreement to, and acceptance of, these Official Rules and the decision of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

There are two (2) ways to enter:

A. ONSITE EVENTS:
While in attendance at one (1) of three (3) Dude Perfect Events running in Philadelphia,Dallas or Atlanta during the Promotion Period, an Entrant that participates in the Impossible Wall Challenge (the “Challenge”) can complete an entry form provided by a Dude Perfect Associate to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. The locations of the three (3) events are:

June 27 to June 28: Manayunk Arts Festival, 4312 Main St, Philadelphia, PA 19127
July 3: Addison Kaboom Town, 4970 Addison Circle, Addison, TX 75001
July 15: State Farm Drive, One State Farm Drive, Atlanta, GA 30303

RELEASE OF RIGHTS, ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND ADDITIONAL RULES:
By participating in the Challenge, Entrants, to the fullest extent permitted by law, agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsor/Promotion Entities from and against any claims made by Entrants or any other third parties, related in any way to the operation of the Challenge as well as any other claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in theChallenge. Without in any way limiting the foregoing, Entrants understand and agree that the gameis an activity, whereby an Entrant may suffer bodily, physical, psychological and/or neurologicalinjury or death as a direct or indirect result of his/her participation in the game; and, by participatingin the Challenge, each Entrant expressly assumes the risk of such adverse consequences. Entrantsshould participate in the Challenge only if they are covered by medical/hospitalization insuranceand are confident that they are physically and psychologically fit to participate in the game.

IF YOU LACK INSURANCE OR ARE THE LEAST BIT UNSURE OF YOUR FITNESS, DO NOT PARTICIPATE INTHE CHALLENGE.

In the event of an unforeseen circumstances beyond the Sponsor’s control (a force majeure event; such as, evacuation of the Entry Location for emergency purposes or unsafe Weather Conditions) as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, the Challenge may be postponed and rescheduled, cancelled, or any other action it deems appropriate, fair and consistent with these Official Rules.

B. WRITE-IN:
To enter the Sweepstakes without participating in an onsite event, Entrant may enter by mail asfollows: On a plain 3” x 5” card, legibly handprint or type your first name, last name, complete address, city, state, zip code, and email address (if any) and mail your completed 3” x 5” card to: “Dude Perfect: Impossible Wall, Sweepstakes, PO Box 456, Newark, NY 14513. Each envelope shall equal one (1) entry. Entries must be postmarked by July 15, 2026 and received by July 21, 2026 to be eligible for the drawing. Multiple entries submitted in the same envelope are void. Entries submitted or completed by anyone other than the Entrant are void. No mechanical reproductions will be accepted. Sponsor will not verify receipt of entries for Entrants. All entries submitted become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, illegible, damaged or postage due mail-in entries. Entry in this Promotion does not constitute entry into any other promotion.

Neither Sponsor nor any other Promotion Entities are responsible for any entry that is lost, late, misdirected or undeliverable, whether due to system errors, omissions, interruption, deletions, defects, delay in operations or transmissions or any other reason, theft or destruction or failures, faulty transmissions or other telecommunications malfunctions, entries not received resulting from any hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, failed, incomplete or garbled computer or telephone transmissions, typographical or system errors and failures, faulty transmissions, technical malfunctions, or otherwise. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. The authorized account holder is the natural person who is assigned to the e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses, or the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. If Sponsor is unable to determine the appropriate authorized account holder, the entry may be disqualified. Potential Prize Winner (defined below) may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.

Any attempt by an Entrant to obtain more than the allowable number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, accounts, identities, registrations, logins, and/or any other methods, including, but not limited to, automated entry, will void all that Entrant’s entries and that Entrant may be disqualified from the Promotion. Multiple Entrants are not permitted to share the same email address or accounts. Neither the Sponsor nor any Promotion Entity will verify receipt of entries for Entrants. All entries submitted become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned.

Without limitation, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any Entrant whose social media account, public statement, or private statement that becomes public that, in their sole opinion, refers, depicts or in any way reflects negatively upon the Sponsor, the Promotion or any other person or entity; does not comply with these Official Rules; or if Sponsor receives notification about any potential infringements or breaches of law or any other reason set forth herein. All rights reserved.

On or about July 22, 2026, one (1) grand prize winner (“Grand Prize Winner”) will be selected atrandom from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The random drawing will be conducted by the Independent Administrator, whose decisions are based on its sole discretion and interpretation of these Official Rules, and are final and binding in all respects.

Grand Prize Winner will receive a trip for Grand Prize Winner and up to three (3) guests to DudePerfect Headquarters in Frisco, TX. The Grand Prize Winner will receive the following for the trip portion of the Grand Prize: i) roundtrip airfare to and from a major airport nearest the Grand Prize Winner’s residence and closest major airport near Frisco, TX for Grand Prize Winner and up to three (3) guests, ii) hotel room accommodations for two (2) days/one (1) night, standard quad occupancy room (Sponsor to determine the hotel accommodations at their discretion and is inclusive of room rate and tax only), iii) access for up to four (4) people to visit DPHQ3 (Sponsor to determine the date at their discretions) (the “Grand Prize”). Total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $4,000.

Trip, travel, and lodging elements may be subject to change due to impracticability or unavailability, or for any other reason as determined necessary by Sponsor or its designee. Tickets are subject to the terms and conditions of issuer and will not be replaced if lost, stolen, misplaced, damaged or destroyed. ARV may vary, depending on the point, date and time of departure. Grand Prize must be accepted as a whole or will be forfeited in its entirety. All travel arrangements must be made through a travel agent or entity selected by Sponsor. Grand Prize Winner and guests will be responsible for all meals, transportation (other than described above), travel insurance, tips, room service, laundry service, souvenirs or gratuities, fuel, parking, beverages, telephone calls, overages, baggage fees, extras and any other incidental costs or expenses not specifically stated herein as being included. Specific air carrier(s) and other trip specifics are selected at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Travel must originate and end at the same major gateway airport. Grand Prize Winner and guests will be required to obtain any travel-related documents and maintain all insurance (including health, liability and any other insurance along with any documentation). Grand Prize Winner and guests acknowledge and agree that the Promotion Entities are not providers/carriers of transportation, or insurance providers. No changes will be made to travel details once any element(s) of the travel arrangements have been booked. No frequent flier miles will be earned on any element of prize travel. Grand Prize conditions may be added or modified by Sponsor or its designee. Promotion Entities are not responsible for any changes of any element of the Grand Prize, nor are they liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence of flight/event changes, cancellation or delays. A Grand Winner or guest later found ineligible or non-compliant will be immediately required to return and forfeit any prize awarded. In the event Grand Prize Winner and/or guests engage in behavior that, as determined by Sponsor (or its designee) in their absolute discretion, is obnoxious or threatening, dangerous, illegal or that is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, or may cause harm, property damage or any other loss, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the trip early, in whole or in part, and to send the Grand Prize Winner and guests home with no further compensation.

Total ARV of all prizes to be awarded is $4,000.

No assignment, transfer or substitution of the Grand Prize is allowed except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Grand Prize Winner is required to comply with any and all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules and regulations. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if any part of the Grand Prize becomes unavailable due to reasons beyond the control of the Sponsor. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen portion of the Grand Prize. No more than the one (1) Grand Prize as set forth in these Official Rules will be awarded

Potential Grand Prize Winner will be notified via e-mail within two (2) business daysof the drawing date (the “Notification”). In order to claim the Grand Prize, the potential Grand Prize Winner must respond to the Notification within the time frame indicated by providing a complete Affidavit ofEligibility/Liability/Publicity release form (except in TN) and a W-9 form (the “Required Documents”). In the event that: (a) the potential Grand Prize Winner fails to respond to the Notification; (b) the potential Grand Prize Winner fails to supply the Required Documents; (c) any Notification is returned as undeliverable; or (d) it is determined by the Sponsor, in its sole discretion, that the potential Grand Prize Winner is not eligible in accordance with these Official Rules, such potential Grand Prize Winner will be disqualified and an alternative Grand Prize Winner will be selected from among the remaining non-winning eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

The Sponsor must report the value of the Grand Prize to the IRS in the year the Grand Prize is received by the Grand Prize Winner and will be reported to the Grand Prize Winner and the IRS in the form of a Form 1099.

Grand Prize Winner consents to the use of their name, likeness, biographical information, and voice (or any derivation thereof) in advertising worldwide without additional compensation (TN residents will not be required to sign a publicity release as a condition of winning a prize).

All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner, ifapplicable. By participating in this Promotion, each Entrant agrees to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and Independent Administrator which shall be final in all respects relating to the Promotion, including without limitation the interpretation of these Official Rules. Sponsor, its licensees, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising agencies, promotional agencies and suppliers and any other individual or company involved in the development or execution of the Promotion, including the Independent Administrator and Promotion Entities, and each of their respective directors, officers, shareholders and employees are not responsible and shall not be liable for; [a] electronic transmission errors resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction; [b] unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials; [c] technical, network,telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions; or [d] limitations of any kind or inaccurate transmissions of or failure to receive information by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or any combination thereof. Sponsor and / or Independent Administrator are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, incorrect, damaged, misdirected, or illegible entries or any condition caused by events beyond the control of the Sponsor that may cause the Promotion to be disrupted or corrupted. Sponsor may prohibit an Entrant from participating in the Promotion or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said Entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion by cheating, deception, or other unfair playing practices or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other Entrants, Sponsor, or Independent Administrator. Entries which contain false information, are incomplete, inaccurate or areotherwise forged, defective, or made outside authorized channels, including those which have failed due to malfunction or failure of phones, phone lines, telephone systems or networks, server, providers, computer equipment, software or any combination thereof of any kind, any human error or otherwise, shall be void.

CAUTION:
ANY ATTEMPT BY A PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATIONOF THE PROMOTION MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH ANATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDINGATTORNEY’S FEES) FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDINGCRIMINAL PROSECUTION. SPONSOR’S FAILURE TO ENFORCE ANY TERM OF THESE OFFICIAL RULESSHALL NOT CONSISTIUTE A WAIVER OF THESE PROVISIONS.

If, for any reason whatsoever, this Promotion, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, is not capable of running as planned, including, but not limited to, by reason of infection by computer virus, tampering, fraud, technical failures, or any other cause which, in the Sponsor’s sole judgment, corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Promotion and limit entries to those submitted prior to the action taken, or to proceed in such a manner as may be deemed fair and equitable bySponsor in its sole discretion. Notice of such action will be posted on the Website. All federal, state and local regulations apply.

ENTRANTS AGREE THAT: (1) ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS AND/OR CAUSES OF ACTIONARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THIS PROMOTION OR THE PRIZE AWARDED SHALL BERESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION AND IN ACCORDANCEWITH THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK IN A STATE OR FEDERAL COURT LOCATED IN NEW YORK,NY WITHOUT REGARD TO PRINCIPLES OF CONFICTS OF LAW; (2) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTSAND AWARDS SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED, INCLUDING COSTSASSOCIATED WITH ENTERING THIS PROMOTION, IF ANY, BUT IN NO EVENT WILL ENTRANT BE ENTITLEDTO RECEIVE ATTORNEYS’ FEES OR BE ENTITLED TO RECOVER PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL ORCONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES

By participating, Entrants agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsorand each and all of the Promotion Entities from and against any claims made by the Grand Prize Winner, Entrants, or any other third parties, related in any way to the operation of the Promotion as well as any other claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize or participation in any Promotion-related activity, in the Promotion or any claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy or merchandise delivery

By entering the Promotion, each Entrant consents to the collection, use and distribution of their personal information by the Sponsor for the purposes of implementing, administering and fulfilling this Promotion and, if consent is given at the time of entry.
